Meet Martin O'Shannessy

I have been repairing guitars for over 40 years, first as a hobby and then went into full time professional repair work in 2021.

I build acoustics and repair electrics and acoustics.

I am especially interested in making student instruments more playable so that students' early experiences are more rewarding.

I use and recommend Music@Noosa, National Music and Elixir acoustic and electric strings.

I give a fixed quote for all work and don't charge to evaluate your instrument.
